Using a Numbered List. If I do a sub-bullet. Then next number becomes a 2. No matter where. Did not do this before.

This is driving me nuts. Have used Thunderbird for years, and frequently use a numbered list, with sub-bullets. But recently, it has begun to make the next number 2, whenever I use a sub-bullet. Like this....

1. First line 2. Second line 3. Third line

   *  Indented Bullet

2. Mozilla set it back to 2. 3. keep going 4. another line

    * indent

2. back to 2

I tried making a bunch of numbered space holders. say 1-20. But each time, if I create a sub-bullet the next number after becomes 2. Can't use numbering at this point.

Just tested this and I agree it is all over the creek.

I found a bug recently reported and I've added additional info. If they want it files separately, then I'll do it, but for nw, this is the link. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1611861

Thanks very much for identifying and pursuing this. At least I know it wasn't just me. Thanks

It seems they believe it is duplicate of the bug below, so I've contributed some information in thehope it helps them get on top of the issue. They were working on issues in Firefox with lists, so I've made them aware that there is also a problem in current Thunderbird. If you want to see the bug and my additions:
