Want to disconnect from Gmail CardDAV address book
I just installed Thunderbird 91.0 yesterday, and during the setup and configuration process, I connected to a Gmail CardDAV address book. After doing so, I decided I do not want to see entries from this book in Thunderbird, so how can I break the connection to it?

Right click the Google address book in Address Book (named Address Book by default), Remove.
