How can I make an image smaller on the screen in an email (change dimension) with less clicks?

I'd like to paste an image and change it's custom screen dimensions to smaller with much less work than the methods I've found.

I can cntrl-v an image into email. To change dimensions, I need to drag it's corners. It's huge so I have to scroll to the corner and drag smaller, multiple times.

Or need to double click, then in box, move to 2nd tab, then click custom size, then click size box to put in new numbers.

Windows 10, currently V68

If the goal is to share a photo, the ShrunkedImageResizer will shrink photos being attached, but not inserted into message. Many fewer clicks than inserting to HTML.

Thanks. If it's making it send with less time, then it's reducing mbs, which is not my goal. I want to resize on the screen, not change the image content.
