recovering old folders and email from Thunderbird server

hi all , i recently has my windows 10 pc crash and had to reinstall it all fully wiping the hard drive ,i had no chance to save any folders or files or even my address book within Thunderbird .My question is how and if i can recover any of the lost folders /files /emails /email adresses from Thunderbird ? Emails used are hotmail and Gmail within thunderbird

Your hotmail and gmail are okay if you had IMAP accounts. The messages will still be on the server. But everything else is gone. What Thunderbird retains is on the hard drive and you fully wiped it.
