Hi, you can change your overall toolbar theme, which affects other parts of the browser, from the Add-ons page. See: Use themes to change the look of Firefox.

Once you find a theme that makes the toolbars the colors you want, you can change built-in pages and influence web pages using the Web Appearance selectors: Change website appearance settings in Firefox.

But if Firefox is insisting on mimicking a system-level high contrast theme, that may conflict with other settings. Here's how to turn it off: Disable high contrast mode in Firefox.
