1. Where are you going from? > I'm going to assume you're going from your settings menu --> sync?

Are you able to take a screenshot of the menu you're at and are having trouble with?

On windows, an easy way is to use the snipping tool. (Windows key > type in snipping tool) or (Windows key + shift + S = snipping tool) You can also change your settings to make print screen open snipping tool, just search the keywords and it should show up.
