Recently i have been unable to make a payment by credit card as the box for entering numbers is not activated or allowing entering numbers. I was also unable to access my account on Easyjet web site so had to Microsoft Edge.

Try clearing site cookies and disabling Tracking Protection for the site.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
