How to turn off popups blocking my password vault

I use Dashlane as my password vault. I get popups about using Firefox Relay that block use of my password vault. I do not have Firefox Relay installed on my system and do not want it at this time. How do I stop this blocking?

Try changing signon.firefoxRelay.feature to disabled in about:config.

Try to disable Suggest Firefox Relay email masks to protect your email address in "Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Passwords".
