If you "reset" the Primary Password, the locally saved logins will become inaccessible. That's the only thing you would lose, as far as I know. See: Reset your Primary Password if you've forgotten it.

Have you always been using the Primary Password or did you start using it recently? The PP encrypts the actual encryption key stored in key4.db, so if you have access to an older copy of key4.db from before using the PP then you could use this file to bypass the PP.

You might have such an earlier version as part of a Windows Restore point. You can look at a utility to browse System Restore points.
