many sites want me to email them thru microsoft outlook express and I can't do it
Many times when I want to email someone in a site (like state government) and they give the email to send it to I can't do it because it goes thru microsoft outlook express

So you click on an email link and it opens Outlook Express, but you haven't set it up so you can't use it, right?
What do you want to use for email?
You can change the email program that Firefox uses, or use Gmail on the web. See https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Changing+the+e-mail+program+used+by+Firefox
My problem is that I am trying to set up an email account in Outlook, but the set up is never completed because I can not get past encryption.
