Firefox wont start, I can't end process from task manage every time I have to restart my computer.what to do??

Firefox wont start I can not solve it by "end process" from task manage I keep trying to do this end process but nothing happen , every time I have to restart my computer to solve it. I dont have norton or skype extensions.

any fix for this.. I have tried pskill.exe, taskkill.exe they both say sucsessful but teh process is still in the task manager
