zotero does not work properly

when I try to save a citation in zotero it answers that an error occured, which does not allow the citation to be saved.

Can you still access citations that you have saved before (if you have done that in the past) ?

It is possible that the file that stores that data is corrupted. I'm not using that add-on, so I don't know how it works.

You can try to contact its developer to ask for help.
