Just signed up for FF. Keeps telling me need Adobe Flash. All ready have it!

When I try to use FF it pops up to install plug in which is Adobe Flash. I just the other day upgraded for the latest version. I do use IE. Well I click on to add plug in and it just keeps going on like the Engergize Rabbit. Nothing happens. What's going on??

There are 2 versions of Adobe Flash, do you have the version that Firefox uses, it does not use the same version as IE.

To ensure you have the version used by Firefox, using Firefox go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download the Adobe flash setup file (install_flash_player.exe), then close Firefox and run the Adobe flash setup file to install Flash.
