Once I updated to firefox 5 it always opens with a blank page no matter how I have my settings configured. Also as mentioned by others, the Personas add-on has stopped working. I have removed it and reinstalled it, but the mouseover feature does nothing and if I click to add a persona - I'm told I'm wearing the new persona, but I'm not and it's not listed in the appearance section of the add-ons tab. I can only change between the personas that were already installed before firefox 5.

how to roll back to previous version of FireFox. I want the previous one to Ver. 5

I am guessing you are referring to when Firefox starts up, rather than opening a new tab/window. Navigate to the Options tab, then find "Startup". You should see "When Firefox Starts:". Make sure the option of "Show my home page" is selected.

Thankyou Everlong.....Sorry, I should be more specific.........why does firefox 5 open whith a blank page. I am not even able to to get to the 'options tab' as its just not there. There were no issues until this last update to ver.5

No problem. I suggest that you remove all of the Personas that you currently have installed, and at the top left hand corner of Firefox (see my screenshot) you should see the Options tab, which I have highlighted. And then follow the steps that I mentioned in my previous reply. Not quite sure I understand if this is directly connected with Personas. If all else fails, I suggest a re-install.
