ctrl p goes to print file not the printer, doesn't happen in IE
When I try to print a page on the internet I get print to file instead. The prt to file box is not checked.

Is your printer selected on the Printer - Name box?

No an old copy of the printer was listed. I changed to the correct one and all is fine. Thanks.
