Everytime I start up Firefox, my home page isn't what I selected in the tools/options menu. It always goes to www.searchqu.com/406 How can I correct this?

When I start Firefox, my home page is www.searchqu.com/406 I go into tools/options and change the current setting to www.foxnews.com When I go to open my next session, my home page returns to www.searchqu.com/406. This is very frustrating. How can I correct this problem?
