Problem deleting cookies
I have FF set to accept only 1st party cookies and keep them only until I close it. I use it now only in Private Browsing mode. I delete all cookies before I close it, yet when I re-open it, there are few hundred of cookies "preloaded". How do I get rid of them permanently and stop new from setting themselves in?

-> click Firefox button and click Options -> Privacy -> History section -> Firefox will: select "Use Custom Settings for History" -> REMOVE Checkmark from Permanent Private Browsing mode -> place Checkmarks on:
- Remember my Browsing History
- Remember Download History
- Remember Search and Form History
- Accept Cookies from sites -> click Exceptions... button and click Remove All button
- Clear History when Firefox closes -> click Settings... button -> select the options you want -> click OK
-> click OK on Options window -> Restart Firefox
Check and tell if its working.
Manually Clear Cookies & Cache
Doesn't work

I already tried that and it doesn't work either.
Do you have an extension like TACO (Abine) or TrackerBlock that maintains a set of OPT-OUT cookies?
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
