I am getting a firefox.exe process on background even i dint run the program, it appear on computer start up, can you confirm is this normal ?

I have not lunch the program before, but it keep running on background when my computer start, when i run the program, another firefox.exe appear(consider this is normal)

1st is normal running when i start the program 2nd appear whenever i open up my computer
