When I open Firefox (10) my bookmarks toolbar is missing, despite being selected from the drop down. Additionally, throughout my browsing, my "back" button is always inactive and my address bar is always blank- even upon refressing a page.

If I open in safe mode, the bookmarks toolbar is visible again, but still an inactive back button and blank address bar. Running Firefox with all my plug-ins and add-ons disabled doesn't help either. Restarting Firefox doesn't help. Shutting down my computer doesn't help. I've searched the Firefox help pages and I can't find anything about this. Please help me!

This is hot garbage. 9.0 crapped out on me this morning, so I assumed another rushed update was out. What a mistake upgrading. No back button. No URL in location bar. Piece.of.crap. I am a slave to Mozilla and have had it on my Mac since its initial release. I don't want to have to migrate to Chrome, but when IE on a PC looks like a more appealing option, you know a company has gone to Hell. Awful. 0 out of 5 stars. Get it together.

Also, the links that are sent in reply, when launched, just open Firefox with a blank tab. I have to cut and paste the links sent in order to see the actual page.

I have the same problems with FF and Aurora. It is very inconvenient. No working back or forward buttons, although they are shown, just grayed out. No URL in the Nav. bar. What a mess. Please fix. Until I will switch to Chrome. BTW, I have a desktop using XP and donot have these problems. It is only on my laptop w/Windows 7.

I'm having the same problem w/ iMac OS X. Have tried many 'fixes' and nothing's working. I have Bootcamp XP and same as Billbenjamin, don't have a problem there. Hope Firefox comes up with a fix fast!!
