My OS is Vista. I can't find my menu toolbar and cannot access preferences, etc. I have upgraded to the latest version of firefox. I have reset to remove all add ons. Nothing works. Please help.

You can press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the hidden "Menu Bar" temporarily.
