why cant i get emails from one of my senders

I send and receive emails with out any problems, I have one person who always gets a message warning which says DELIVERY STATUS NOTIFICATION (DELAY) And I never get the emails, I can send to her ok but she can not send to me. other than that the emails work fine,, can anyone help with this please

If you log into your account on your providers web mail page do you find the missing mail in a Spam folder?
