Header is different depending on the transmission method

When sending a message in a method 1 and 2 described above, the header is different to the Why?
In the case of 【1】 Content-Type: image/png;

In the case of 【2】 Content-Type: image/png Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64 Content-ID: <part1.04080500.01020700@test.com>

seriously is it relevant? I can see no reason why anyone else would care, but as it is a new message your referring to (only new messages can be in the drafts folder) then I see nothing at all wrong with the internal content parts of the message changing
