An image from my computer is sent with every email in the title section

Every time I send an email, the same image from my computer is sent in the upper right-hand section of the email. This is very frustrating as I can't see how the image is being attached. It's always the same picture and I'm sure that recipients of my emails are wondering why I send the image, but there's nowhere in the options that identifies how the image is attached. Can someone please tell me how this is happening and more importantly, how to stop it.

Also, when I forward an email, the same image is added. Attached is a screen shot of the email problem with my image on the right-hand side.

what add-ons are you using? particularly conversations? or address management?

I'm not sure how to find out everything you asked. But I can tell you that there are 1. no extensions used 2. Appearance: only the Default 24.6.0 3. Plugins: Adobe Acrobat 11.0.9.29, Citrix Online Web Deployment Plugin 1.0.0.104 Microsoft Office 2010 14.0.4761.1000 Microsoft Office 2010 14.0.4730.1010 There are 3 others which have been disabled (Nitro PDF plugin, Photo Gallery, VLC Web plugin) I don't know how to answer your query about the conversations and I only have one email address. The frustrating thing is that this photo (which I know but I'm not sure where on my computer it's stored) must be set somewhere to be attached to each of my emails.
