If I Uninstall the Beta Version & Install Firefox 36.0 , will my Add-ons & Bookmarks be retained ?

If you uninstall the beta, just be very careful that you don't check the box that says "Remove user data". If you leave your data then you can then just open up Firefox release and your data will be there.
