Maybe it exists, but I don't know it.

Instead of refreshing with command prompt, try this: open Run by pressing Windows + R, enter firefox.exe -safe-mode and click on OK.

Safe Mode is a mode which temporarily disable add-ons, set default settings among other things.

Don't see one for "Refresh" via a "page search".
