How can I move the Inbox, Drafts, Sent & Trash folders into my account?

I have Local Folders and my account underneath listed. Local Folders has Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Trash and Outbox folders in it. My account has Inbox and Trash in it. I want to have everything (maybe even Local Folders) in my account. Can I do that? If so, how?

I suppose you have a POP account from you just having Inbox and trash.

Whatever folder you create in a POP -account will ONLY be on your disk.

Whatever folder you create in an IMAP -account will be created on the server. (and you will subscribe to it) Any mail you put there will be stored on the server.

That's the basic.

Local Folders are on your disk. Unless you also name a folder in your account that, but why would you, it would still be a different folder with different mails and have no connection with your Local Folders.
