Hi!
I have downloaded “Add-ons Manager Context Menu 0.4.2.1”.
How do I restart FireFox? (I quit FireFox and reopened, it is that the correct way?)
If this is this way to do a restart, I can’t see, on the tool bar, where is this add-on? Where is this add-on?
Pardon me my ignorance.

That's it: restarting Firefox simply meaning exiting out completely and starting it up again.
When I look at the screen shot on that extension's page (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/ad.../am-context/) it seems to add items to the right-click context menu when you are in the Add-ons manager. You can open the Add-ons manager using either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions, for example. Then try right-clicking an item on the right side. Do you get anything like what is pictured?
If the extension has settings, often there will be an Options button right there on that listing.

Hello Serge
Your mode of restarting is not so bad.
To find the add-ons check out how to Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars
This will give you an idea of how to arrange firefox controls.
Yup !! you can do this also
