File folder show new messages, but there are no new messages in the folder
I have used the filters to set up file folder titled application, which I have been using for several months now all of a sudden I have an issue with one of that file folder show new messages, but there are no new messages in the folder. I have checked with my email providers web base email browsers to see if any new emails have came in that should go into the folder titled application and none have that should have gone into the file folder titled application. Any ideas on what is causing this problem and how to fix it?

Right-click the folder - Mark Folder Read
Thank You, marking the folder read was not an option that I had after right clicking the folder, I only had the option to repair the folder. I had to do a couple of more steps after I right clicked the folder, I saw the option to repair the folder so I did. Then I had to right click the folder again and the marking folder read was available so I clicked on it problem solved.
