When I try to load photos into Facebook the progress bar shows progress but the picture never loads. I have followed instructions about Adobe Flash Player but still the problem persists.

Similar to Facebook, I am having intermittent problems loading in line photos in Outlook messages.

Are you using Trusteer software?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps.

There are other things that need attention. Your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

  • Shockwave Flash 12.0 r0
  • Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.

Hello Cor-el, Thank you for responding to my issue.

Trusteer software - Checked in Task Manager and no program of this name I have the latest version of Shockwave Flash (v20).

Last night I was experimenting and found that photos that are less than 475k in size do actually load in Facebook but anything greater does not load. Internet Explorer works fine with all sizes of photos.
