Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Flash Player Version Version: 20.0.0.306

Note: Windows users should download the ‘’’active_x’’’ for “Internet Explorer,” and the ‘’’plugin’’’ for “Plugin-based browsers” (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the ’’’plugin’’’ only. Not the ’’’active_x’’’.

Adobe still offers Flash 18.0.0.326 as its extended support release further down 0

You can install a portable (ESR) Firefox version to access websites that do not work properly with the current Firefox release. The portable version comes with its own profile folder and doesn't interfere with the currently installed release version.

thanks

Thanks for taking the trouble to answer. I am supposing that 'portable' doesn't apply to my PC?

Yes it applies.

Portable Firefox can easily be "installed" to a hard drive as easily as to a USB Flash stick / key. Just a matter of which "location" that you select. http://portableapps.com/support/firefox_portable#installing
