unable to send email messages no send on bar

the buttons: send message now and send message later are no longer there when I want to sent my messages. Receiving messages is fine.There must have been a recent program change as it just began to give the problem.

You lost a Toolbar for some reason. Turn it back on. Do you have a Menu Bar with File-Edit-View etc? If not press the alt key to make it appear. From the Menu Bar select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on. Send is on the Composition Toolbar.
