That is a problem with Websense Endpoint software. Bug 1181091 - Firefox 40 crashes on startup [@ @0x0 | ScopedXPCOMStartup::~ScopedXPCOMStartup() ] with Websense Endpoint

You can consider to switch to the Firefox ESR version.

Not sure why the ESR notes are stil showing the old Firefox 38 ESR and no mention of the current 45 ESR notes as Firefox 45 is the first option on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/
