Firefox crashing on startup - also in safemode. Tried resetting but crashes straight away. Tried a complete reinstall but still crashing.

we have seen quite a number of similar reports about this issue in the last hours and this issue is caused by your symantec security software that is hooking into firefox - please refer to Firefox crashes at startup after Symantec (Norton) update !
