Can send but not receive Yahoo mail with Thunderbird on Win 10
Since moving from a Windows 7 machine to Windows 10, the only program I've found so far that is giving me a problem is Thunderbird. I use POP3 on Yahoo mail and am able to send messages but not receive them with Thunderbird. When I attempt to retrieve mail that I know is on the server (can see it via web access), a message appears at the lower left side of the Thunderbird screen:
Yahoo: Connected to pop.mail.yahoo.com
and that's all I get. The program doesn't freeze or lock up, but the message doesn't go away.
I have quadruple-checked the POP3 server settings in Thunderbird, and they are correct. My password is correct. I have tried other email clients (Opera Mail and eM Client), and they work flawlessly using the same server settings. I've also checked to make sure that Windows Firewall is not blocking Thunderbird. I've exhausted everything I can think of trying, so I'm hoping someone here can point me at something that needs to be tweaked, either in Win 10 or in Thunderbird.

have you enabled less secure apps on the yahoo site? it is required.
Yes, that's enabled. I was able to receive using two other less secure clients, so that doesn't seem to be the problem.
