When I type "www.-------" in the address bar on top, a list pops up of lots of names and places that I have googled in the past. I am trying to delete these lists of names/websites and they won't disappear.

Type in the address box. When what you are looking for shows, STOP ! ! Using the arrow keys, highlight what you want and press Delete.

Try to create this place transition query that shows a smart bookmarks list of typed items.

  • Name: Place: Typed
  • Location: place:transition=2&sort=4

Close and restart Firefox or do a Cut&Paste to a different bookmarks folder to make this place bookmark work as a smart folder.
