I have registered and verified the account. I sign out. When I try to sign back in, I'm told that my u/name & p/word are incorrect.

I've successfully verified my account twice but I cannot sign in. When I click on "Ï don't remember my username"and "Ï don't remember my password", the website says it has sent an e-mail (on both occasions) but I haven't receive them. The same e-mail address is used on all communications - I received the verification e-mail but not the other two. What on earth do I do?

I'm back! I verified my question and BINGO! I'm in. It now recognizes my Username and Password. I have no idea what was wrong but it works now! Thank you whoever you are....

Have same problem since I got a new computer. Why is it that I'm signed in Mozilla Support, but when I go to another page like the download themes it say to sign in again? & it will say I don't have an account when I try to sign in again

Telvari Mozilla.org is devided into several separate support sites. Firefox support, add-ons, Bugzilla . . . . . Each has its own user database.

Note that you do not have to sign in or register an other Mozilla account like the Add-ons website in order to install an extension or theme.
