Please, remove your slang "Hmm" message when a Web site is unreachable: it sounds childish.

This is what the user sees: "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. We can’t connect to the server at ... (some domain)".

The above phrase is not in English. What language is it in? Also, who stands behind the "we" pronoun? Respect both the language and the user, please.
