printer issues since last update of Firefox

Cannot change preferences or properties on my printer since last Firefox update. keep getting this error- " function address 0x9423d caused a protection fault . (exception code 0x0000005) Some or all property pagfes may not be displayed. Then right after that error I get this 2nd message: "Function address 0x68608371 caused a protection fault. (exception code 0xc000005) Some or all property pages may not be displayed.

Any ideas......I have an OKI C5150 printer. I have rebooted both the printer and PC.......no change.

Those "codes" are from Windows, not from Firefox which use 3 digit numeric error codes.

Reinstall the printer software drivers with the latest available from OKI.
