As of the latest update for firefox, I am unable to right click anything at all. Drop down menus also do not work, and when searching the recommended things appear off screen to the top left of the screen with only the very ends listed. In short, the interface is unusable.

You have not said what you already tried.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
