This sounds to be like a scam floating around from a Ads claiming you have won a $1000 gift card or a iPhone X and you have to give personal details and transfer $1 with a payment details like a credit card.

The word loan in the url leads me to think it is yet another scam page attempt by same person or party. The first image example has a url with loan in it.

That site is currently on the "phishing sites" list provided to Firefox by Google's Safe Browsing service. You should get a red warning page. Let's not go there.

If you downloaded anything from that site, please use the malware cleaners listed in this support article: Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware.

If you provided that site with personal information, sorry, but you may need to take action to protect your accounts based on what you revealed.
