Have had Firefox on my old desktop pc for years and love it. Have just purchased a new Windows 10 pc and downloaded F'fox to it. However, I had to open a new account, as I could not remember my p'word from the old computer, and, if I reset the p'word, it says I will lose my bookmarks. I would like to sync the old and new bookmarks, etc, but there is no option to do that. Is that functionality available? Also have F/fox on my Ipad, but again, the bookmarks don't show. As you can see, I love your product ... just would like to have my bookmarks available.

Thanks, d

Here is what you should do. Open the old sync account and change its password. This will remove all data from the servers, but Not your computers. Once that is done, open all devices/profiles using the new password. You should not lose any data.

Remember to give the sync time to work.

If you still have access to that other computer then you can use a USB stick (jump drive) to pass your personal data.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
