THere is no "send" tab when i write a message. how to I find the "send" when I write a message

when I go to 'write" and write a message, there is no toolbar or anything that lets me send.

Open a Write window. Press the alt key to make the Menu Bar appear. From the Menu Bar select View-toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on. Send is on the Composition toolbar.
