My firefox can not recognize web site https://putlocker.kz, it shows following error

Unable to connect

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at putlocker.kz. 

   The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Environment: version: 60.0.1 (64-bit) OS: Ubuntu 18.04 64 bit

This may be due to the fact that your browser does not support SSL certificates.

Look in the browser here: Settings -> Advanced -> Certificates
