I've Installed Thunderbird on XP and transferred Outlook Express mail. I need to get that to a separate Win7 system

I have Thunderbird set up on an XP machine. I was able to import my Outlook Express folders into it. I now need to know how I can transfer that account to another machine which uses Win7.
