You should check with the site that you installed the macro from to give you support on their software.

Does the macro software require keyboard shortcuts??

The keyboard shortcut to switch a page to Reader View is F9. This only has an effect on pages that Firefox has detected are suitable for Reader View.

I am not aware of a keyboard method to activate the "narrator" feature once you have the page in Reader View.

Thak you. Yes, I something like "strug+X" to activate this. Do you know, wherie to get this info from?

Unfortunately, the left bar is built using list item elements (<li>) instead of links, so there's no way to "tab" to them. Maybe the macro software documentation offers some other options for this situation where you need to "click" an element on a page that can't be selected using keyboard navigation.
