How do I change the default calendar when receiving invites?

Hi there,

I have configured my Google Calendars in Lightning, using the Provider for Google extension. But my primary mail account is not the google mail account.

When receiving invites I get the message that no 'writable' calendar is configured. I read that you should be able to associate another mail address to an Calendar but apparently this option is not available using the Provider for Google configuration.

Any suggestions?

Hi There,

I solved it by, instead of using the "Provider for Google Calendar" ADD-on, linking the Google Calendar with the CalDAV option. There you can set the associated email address manually and now I can manage invites just fine.

If you open the Calendar tab and select a calendar in the left pane, then right-click, Properties, there is a box to select the Email associated with the calendar and a Read Only box. Are those options available with your Google calendars?

No they are not.

It is there if I create a 'Non' Google calendar. But not if I select Google.
