How to disable address bar from popping?

You guys made a change with with the address bar when now if you click on it or open a new tab, it pops out more than usual. It's annoying af and I want to disable it. Explain how please. FF 74

This is about the new megabar (quantumbar) feature that is a full redesign of the location/address bar.

Thanks, after changing browser.urlbar.update1 to false I had to restart the browser.
