1 month ago i´ve been experiencing Tab Crashes on Firefox.

At first my solution was safe mode, but now it gets annoying to me start in safe mode every single time. I tried to troubleshoot the problem but after disabling Hardware Aceleration and deleting all my extension problem keeps ocurring, i've already did a clean reinstall but problem still happens. Using firefox in other user accounts in the same laptop (the one that kepps crashing) the problem still occuring, however i dont have this issue on my desktop computer.

I have some usefull estension that i like and use, and i also prefer Firefox than Chrome

if the error continuous after the re installation check your hardware..may be your ram will have some problem.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes). If the problem goes away, that tells us one thing. If it does not, that tells us something else.

We have recently seen multiple reports that Bitdefender is causing issues with tab crashes in Firefox 73.

It looks that Bitdefender has pushed an update to address this issue 21 Feb 2020

Hi . I’m not a bit defender user. Yes problem goes away when sage mode is enabled but after deleting all my add ons , themes and disabling hardware acceleration problem keeps occurring , what else should I turn off ?

Did you check the links I posted?

Yes I did I’ve already send crash report, also did A clear installation and delete all my extensions. but i still not doing the ram test I will try

I’ve already send crash report

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

This is what displayed after sending report and clicking on "view" tell me what information do you need. I think all you need is REPORT NUMBER, but anyway i send a screenshoot.
