Font is too small, settings don't stick. Size adjustment doesn't always stick into next line. Extremely annoying. Would change to new email application except old habits keep me here. This problem has been an annoyance for a couple months, have been holding out with changing cause I figured you would have fixed this by now. Who is asleep at the wheel? HEY, WAKE UPPPPPPPP!!!!!!

Been using TB since Netscape got replaced. Does Seamonkey also have this problem? HEY DRIVER, PERSON BEHIND THE WHEEL OF THIS APP, HOW LONG CAN YOU TREAT US USERS LIKE DIRT?

FIX THE FONT PROBLEM NOW!

You're not communicating effectively. Did you seek help for your problem? If you did, post the link to the thread/question. If you didn't, well, we can't read your mind and fix a problem that was not brought to our attention. Throwing a tantrum won't get you help any faster. Also, appreciate the fact that no one is getting paid to help you. We're simply a community of volunteers offering you "free" help. Be respectful and communicate your problem clearly and precisely, and you'll get the assistance that you desire. The theatrics are unhelpful, but if you think they are, keep it up and see how much help you will receive in return.

This is the same problem everyone using TB is having with font control. Trying to cloud the conversation by blaming me for poor communication doesn't help or change a thing. My description follows with the other complaints about this font issue has to do with the pathetic small, medium, large font settings where default size is about this "." size, can't read that can you! Those settings don't track, don't stick or stay constant, no matter what! It's a bug that has been in the last multiple updates to TB. I have been a donator in the past to Mozilla and have been a continued user since the beginning of Mozilla and before that I was with Netscape. I have been annoyed since TB dropped wordwrap and now they can't even control font-size. Losing my patience. This problem is not a user setting, it's a bug that needs address, the only thing I would expect from you Stan is to pass the buck to further upstream to someone who can resolve it in the code.

File a bug report here bugzilla.mozilla.org and vote for it. I can see "." just fine, but your eyes and mine are not the same now, are they? Which font settings don't stick? There are settings for message contents and user interface, and ways to change them internally (via Options or Config Editor) and externally via css files. These ways aren't new, they have been around for long and many users with special needs like yourself have been using them when the default fonts aren't working for their needs. If this was a bug in the code, we would have seen a lot of similar reports or complaints, and would be repeatedly reproduced to confirm the bug. I've played with font settings a lot lately and they have stuck, which is why I responded to this thread in the first place hoping to be able to assist IF you wish, so which ones are not working/sticking for you? However, if you're convinced that this is a product-wide bug in the code, file a bug report as advised to send it upstream yourself. You don't need me to do it for you, because you know best what bug it is and you're the best suited person to describe it exactly for what it is.
