Good evening. I tried to connect to Nespresso.com today and I can't from Mozilla Firefox 83.0 (64 bits) but it works from edge Chromium. What can I do? in advance thank you :)

FredMcD good evening. Indeed by emptying the cache and by deleting the cookies, the problem is solved, I was again able to connect to the site. Thanks again for your help and goodbye

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

FredMcD hello. there is not much to say, I am not error message , the loading of the page never finishes (I let the page load all night and it doesn't open on the site) that's all I can say. I hope this will help you
